![]() ![]() Walls are somewhat thin, as we could hear conversations and television noise from a neighboring room. The valet guys are prompt and very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. As others have indicated, the hotel boasts a "beach" theme with an indigo and yellow color scheme on the walls and furnishings. The hotel is nicely situated in the city's downtown area with several restaurants and bars within walking distance. We stayed at the Indigo for a few days on a sight-seeing trip to Dallas and the surrounding areas. Other than the garage, the stay was fine, and I'd consider staying here again if in downtown Dallas. I suggest installing a credit card reader to expedite the process of exiting the garage. With only one exit lane, we had to wait ten minutes while the person two cars ahead of us searched for cash to pay the machine. Unfortunately, not everybody considers this ahead of time and brings cash with them. However, it is not staffed on weekends, and instead there is a machine that requires cash payment in order to allow a car to exit. The garage is conveniently located next door. My only complaint was with the parking situation. ![]() Breakfast in the restaurant was okay, but nothing special. Wireless internet was included in the rate, and our top-floor room had a nice view of the downtown area. We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but were mostly satisfied with our experience and the downtown location. I stayed at Hotel Indigo Dallas for one night with a couple of friends. ![]()
